Telling great stories is what drives Joe Palumbo’s passion for creating art. Comic books, video games and film are something he has understood from a very young age. Even at that young age, on an instinctual level, Palumbo understood how characters play off one another in a composition within their environments. Since then, he has immersed himself in studying how to successfully meld a great story and art. With every piece he challenges himself to do just that.
Palumbo received a B.F.A from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design and currently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is a freelance illustrator who specializes in fantasy/sci-fi and comic book illustration. Every piece Palumbo creates, he pushes himself in technique and imagination. He goes for that moment where he can provide a satisfying piece for his client and himself. If he has achieved that then he has done his job.
